Return Window
We accept returns only for damaged products. If you receive a damaged shirt, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item Condition: The shirt must be damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage.

The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.

Product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it was shipped to customer.

Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Product With Acceptable Only In Original Condition.

Product must be returned with all tags original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
Return Process
To initiate a return for a damaged product, please follow these steps:

Pack and Ship: Securely pack the damaged shirt, including all original packaging, and attach the RA number visibly on the package. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged products.

Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided with the RA number. For your peace of mind, use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your damaged item.

Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned damaged item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
